How do I place an order?


Select the quantity you wish to purchase from the drop down menu and/or enter the amount in the QTY box. Next select “Add to Cart”. Once you have selected all you wish to purchase, select the “Checkout” button on the right of the webpage to review your order and complete the process.

 

What types of payment are accepted?

 

All payments are handled through Paypal, which accepts most major credit cards. The major exceptions are procurement and private label cards (such as department store cards) and debit cards which require a PIN.

 

What if I am tax exempt?

 

Current customers who are newly tax-exempt may e-mail a copy of their tax exemption certificate to customerservice@sourcical.com. Once we receive the document, we will update your account and inform you that you are now able to checkout without being charged sales tax.

 

New customers who are tax-exempt must first create an account with Sourcical. After creating your account, customer may e-mail a copy of their tax exemption certificate to customerservice@sourcical.com. Once we receive the document, we will update your account and inform you that you are now able to checkout without being charged sales tax.

 

If you complete your purchase before we have updated your account to tax exempt, e-mail a copy of your tax exemption to us and we will issue a refund for the tax amount on your order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Currently we ship to the following countries outside of the United States: Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Immediate payment through PayPal is required at the time of purchase. We do not accept credit for international shipments. Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, surcharges and taxes.

 

What do I do if my item is damaged or there has been an error in my order?

 

If your item arrives damaged or there has been an error in your order, please let our customer service team know by e-mailing customerservice@sourcical.com. Based on the circumstances, we will either replace your item free of charge or issue a refund. Either way, you will be required to return the original item unused and in its original packaging.

 

Is there warranty on the items I purchase?

 

We do not offer a warranty on any of the products delivered to customers. In addition, we do not warranty customer’s application or use of any product.
